I don't think so. Check with the MD BON - there might be a way to "endorse in."

I would go to an accepted brick n motor school. That is too much work to still be restricted IMO.

With Excelsior, don't you need to do some kind of "super" clinical test in lieu of regular clinicals?

Yes, the CPNE - CLinical Performance in Nursing Examination. And it is a KILLER.
