Anywhere from $20 and up depending on the facility. Detox centers and clinics pay less than $20 but the skilled nursing homes and sub acute rehab facilities are where the money is at. Hope this helps.

There's medilodge of sterling heights on 15 and schoenerr they pay very well. All of the nursing facilities affiliated with Beaumont hospital are excellent, look on their website for the names. Also Father Murray a St. John nursing home pays well especially I you choose one of their contingent options. Hartford rehab on W. Outer drive and hubbell has a cardiac unit and pay pretty good as well as tendercare of Taylor which is an extendicare facility. Although Hartford is a ciena facility they were well managed when I was there but be very Leary of some of their facilities.
