Jersey College LPN to RN in NJ

Nursing Students LPN-RN

Published

I was wondering if anyone could tell me their experience with Jersey College, I am interesting in the campus at Ewing but I have heard mixed reviews. I currently live in Ocean county, but I don't mind the drive. I prefer not to go to Ocean County college because I already have my associates degree in general science from there. I have also tried their RN program and I didn't like how they handled their program. I am currently an LPN (just graduated in May) and work full time so I want to try and do Jersey College in the evening. Also I would like to know if anyone has transferred credits to the college? I want to transfer what ever credits I can to try and not pay as much since it seems like their tuition is on the higher end. If you don't recommend this school, what other schools would be could that I wouldn't have to wait over a year to get in? Just trying to get this done quickly and as cheap as possible. THANKS! :)

Hi, I went to the Teterboro campus. To keep it short, I had a good experience at Jersey College. It was challenging but definitely doable. The only problem for me was that it took 3 attempts to pass the exit exam, it's very difficult. I feel like the professors care about the success of the students.

Hello, I was wondering what study material did you use to pass the exit exam.

Hi curious - what is the "exit exam" and how many tries do you get?

It’s a comprehensive exam at the end of the program that you must pass in order to complete the program and go on to take the nclex. You get 4 chances to take it.

Hello! I saw that you live I Ocean County. I’m a LPN and considering moving to Ocean County within the next few months. How is work and pay for LPNS in that area?

Hi, regarding the exit exam, what would you recommend doing or studying to pass it on the first try or even second? Anything else besides Saunders that you think could’ve helped?
