   Know patho and the rest is cake. The best advice I ever received. Know the med classes and how they apply to your patient. What is the best med for low cardac output?, for example. The best of luck!!!!

   Hi I left to return to property management and did nursing PRN on the side - for a year. I eventually went back to nursing when my facility started offering 12-hour shifts. Good luck.
