Generally speaking, a good place to start is with the list of approved programs from the state BON, which you can find here: MICHIGAN BOARD OF NURSING APPROVED EDUCATION PROGRAMS

Wayne County Community College District is close and so is Henry Ford College. Living in the Dearborn area these are the best options for LPN to RN and you would graduate with an ADN (Assoicates degree of nursing).

Did you check into any of these options? I'm considering EC but don't want to screw myself with a ADN degree and have no other choice but to complete my bachelors there as well type of program
