lpn to rn bridge program at MDC

Finally, someone else who applied for the lpn-rn bridge! I applied and I was invited to this scholarship info session help at the college on 06/16/10. Based on what the director of advisement said, the letters should be going out next week.

Thanks for replying. I know finally. So hopefully by next week, we will know what will be doing for the next year. I also applied to the Broward bridge program but the application was late since their program started in may. Lets share the good news about our acceptance next week, lol. How was the financial info session.

The scholarship session was nerve-wrecking. They invited us telling us that because of our GPAs we had a good chance of being selected but it was not guaranteed that we'd be selected. They talked about the different scholarships available. I think there were 2 for bridge students. Anyway I waiting and watching the mail man

Where all the people at the financial orientation going for the bridge program? I don't know if I should be worry since I did not get invited to the financial aid orientation. Anyway lets hope for the best.

The orientation was for all of the nursing options at MDC: Accelerated, Generic, and Bridge. I believe that you needed to have a certain GPA to be invited.
