  1. Is any one out there attending or has graduated from the lpn to rn program at Broward college?
  2. Hi tzamora7, Congratulations on BC, and for being an example on never giving up in your dreams. I too finally got the rejection letter from MDC. The way I see i, is that things happen for a reason and maybe it was not in our cards to go to MDC. I also applied to BC, their LPN to Bridge program. Congratulations to those who got in and for those of us who did not, Lets keep our dreams ALIVE!!!
  3. Hi Girl80, You are right, can you tell me how was your experience at kcc and why you wont go back? Thanks for telling me about florida national college, I will check them out. as far as kcc I just want to keep my options open given that at this point there aren't that many. Good luck and keep me posted on where you end up going.:)
  4. Hi Girl80 Congratulations on passing your test. I know the feeling, its really crazy that MDC expects you to wait till the last minute, then have you go crazy getting together whatever other requirement you have, on top of that also getting the money. As per kaiser when I went there I was told that they still have room for the class starting october of this year. How was the test? any advice on what to focus on. what did you use to study? Thanks
  5. Hello everyone. I call mdc after being transferred around i was given a number to call. I left a message and I got a call back today, that i'm on a waiting list, "is not a no or a yes", they say I have to wait 2 to 3 weeks. That is crazy, classes would have started by then. I'm schedule to take the teas for kaiser on the 19th of this month.
  6. Congratulations! I don't know if I should be hopeful or not since I have not recieved anything yet. I'm not going to get my hopes up. I was looking at other options like Kaiser, I met a student from there that highly recommended the program. She did mention that it was expensive but that it was worth it. Tisgemuh, who did you talk to when you call MDC and what number did you call if you dont mind me asking. I'm really just tire of waiting. Congratulations again.
  7. I wish they would just let us know, one way or the other, so that we can move on. Good luck to those of us waiting and congratulations to those who got accepted.
  8. I have not recieved anything as of yet. Just got back from vacation. Before I left on vacation I recieved a call asking "if accepted which section will I like to attend?''.
  9. Congratulations, i'm really happy for you. I'm still waiting. Ahhhhh!!!!lol. When do classes start?
  10. thanks for the info. Still waiting......
  11. Where all the people at the financial orientation going for the bridge program? I don't know if I should be worry since I did not get invited to the financial aid orientation. Anyway lets hope for the best.
  12. Hopefully we all make it. I'll keep you posted. BEST OF LUCK to ALL of US.
  13. Thanks for replying. I know finally. So hopefully by next week, we will know what will be doing for the next year.
