Hello everyone,
I have just been accepted to an LPN program at the Maricopa Skills Center in Phoenix, AZ. Has anyone been through this program? Any comments would be greatly appreciated!

My friend from nursing school actually worked with a lady who went to that school. My friend was amazed at the lack of education she received and how she didn't even know her medications and their actions.
Maybe it is different now or it could have just been that individual.
The Skills Center is known for helping the underprivileged.

Hey, nursing school is what you make of it. They have an NCLEX pass rate in the high 90 percentile. As far as underpriviledged :chuckle my nursing education cost in excess of $5,000 there and there aren't any free rides.
Cheers,
