I'm an LPN, educated and licensed in the USA. I have completed my schooling, and passed my NCLEX-PN on the first attempt,. I was suma cum laude, English is my first language, I was even previously an English Teacher (tefl/tesol) in Indonesia for almost 3 years.
My question is about testing, I know that NNAS, evaluated etc the schooling and such, Now i have been working, as an LPN full time for almost 5 years now. Since i passed the NCLEX-PN and being a licensed working nurse; would i need to take the CPNRE as well?
I am just doing all the foot work before i formally submit my Express Entry Profile. I am wanting to sort out my License before so, So that i may secure a job offer to ease my imigration.
Thank you for your time, patience and information.

Ok so BCCNP finally got back with me, I would have to take the CPNRE exam.
Looking at their Steps flow page, it says this.
"If we approved you for provisional registration, we include a link in the email to pay the applicable registration fee using your BCCNP online account. Once you receive an email from us confirming receipt of payment, check the public register to confirm your authorization to practice nursing."
Am I correct in thinking that this is like a Temporary license to work while you move to and await the CPRNE test?

Hi, I am a tesol teacher in China and want to do a nursing degree in the US. Did you have problems transferring your LPN to Canada? Was your 1 year LPN education accept by Canada? Did you pass your exam? Thank you a lot!!

I was about to start the whole process when the pandemic hit. So I'm having to wait to start it untill I get funds back again. But I have noticed a downwatd slide in crc scores needed and this night help us when immigration reopens. S
