LPN in NYC.. Dont think I'm cut out for LTC facility. Where else can I work?

Hi everyone, my names Michelle. I'm a LPN, currently live in New York City. I've had my LPN license for about a year now.. I currently work at a LTC facility as a LPN. Long story short, I dont think Im cut out to work in a LTC facility. I can never finish my job on time.. ever. I find myself leaving work 1-2 hrs after my shift has ended. I get so stressed at work.. trying to finish my med pass and txs on time, etc. Even before I go to work Im stressed. Just thinking of work gets me worried/stressed/anxious. I dont know whats wrong with me. I guess I'm just not cut out for this kind of work.. i really dont know.

My question to you guys is - Are there any LPNS here that live in the NYC area that work somewhere other than a LTC facility? If any of you do, please let me know where/what type of facility you work at. If anyone knows of any places hiring LPNs other than a LTC facility please let me know.

hi there... im a new grad looking for work :) u mind sharing where i can catch a break.. i have tried everywhere but no one wants a new grad. :( im also in nyc
