The best place to find answers to your questions is through your state's BON. They should have contact information on their webpage. However, be prepared for it to take some time to get an answer. Additionally, you may wish to contact your malpractice insurance provider for guidance. If you don't have malpractice insurance, you can contact a lawyer familiar with nursing. TAANA Executive Office - Home can be a resource in locating a lawyer.
