Check out the CCMC website for information on how to become certified, and pay particular attention to the test blueprint and their warnings about coursework to prep for the exam.

Don't you have to be RN for case management? I know that is expectation in my local area....
Well, yes. You don't actually have to take any specific course, although it's always useful to learn more about it. However, LPN alone will not qualify you for sitting the CCM exam through CCMC. (The other nursing case mgmt certification is the RN-BC, self-explanatory.)
From the CCMC website:Certification & Renewal | CCMC
Starting March 1(2013), The Commission updated the eligibility criteria for taking the CCM exam in two key areas: qualifications and employment experience.
The qualifications now include individuals who have a four-year degree in a health or human services area as eligible to apply1. The individuals must have completed supervised field experience in case management, health, or behavioral health as part of the degree requirements as well. This approach reflects many of the changes happening in health care today.
Experience must focus primarily on case management practice. The revised criteria spell out that applicants for the exam must perform the core components of case management. Within each core component, case managers must perform all the essential activities with direct client. Services must be provided across the care continuum, and the case manager must be responsible for interacting with others in the system. This experience must be achieved within the past five years.
