LPN from BC canada to take nclex-pn ??

Hi there!

I am a BC graduate and I just took my LPN licensure exam here in Vancouver BC and I did apply for the NCLEX-PN exam in Washington, DC Board of Nursing. My evaluator did reply about my application. However, she told me that I need to get CGFNS certificate. I am totally confused about that. Because i dont know how to get that CGFNS certificate and what kind is it? because i went to cgfns website and there's lots of services that they offer.. I totally dont know which is the service I need for my NCLEX-PN application. And what specific steps should I take?

And if I pass my licensure exam here in BC, because Im still waiting for the results right now, would it still make a difference? If I tell my evaluator that I have my full license then, would she still require me the CGFNS certificate??
