Anyone applying for Spring 2012 admission? Was wondering if anyone knew the stats of most people that get in, GPA, Pre-Req GPA, Volunteering, etc. How long did it take once application was sent in to get an acceptance letter?

Nice to know someone else who applied. I applied a couple of weeks ago. I am very excited. My first choice for a nursing program was Rush's GEM program. However, I am really hoping to get into Loyola's ABSN program.

I have not heard anything yet. I am going to guess we won't hear anything until after November because of the deadline. Apply anywhere else?

Hey...I called them up yesterday Sept 20th and they said they have not started reviewing the new applications yet and we wont hear anything back from them for 4 - 5 weeks. They havent started accepting students for Srping 2012. Well, i guess more time to be anxious and worry. This is my primary choice and I am also applying at Resurrection. I looked into UIC GEP but too competitive...so i decided not to apply.

Been about 4 weeks since September 20th, probably getting close to decision time, has anyone heard back yet?

Hey NSYNC11,

I called the admissions office yesterday to check the status of my application. They said that my application is complete. However, it has not been reviewed yet. So, no bad news. Just, nothing new to report back. I am still assuming nothing will change until after November 1st. The waiting sucks! You might want to contact them to check on your status. Keep me posted!

Hey guys,

I heard back from Loyola today, I applied early around August 24th. I was accepted!!! I called today and they sent the letter out Monday and I just received it today.

Got my acceptance letter today!! Soooo excited! Congrats, Danielle! Looking forward to getting started in January! :-)
