Hello Everyone..
I googled and found out that the lowest tuition charges per credit hour for ASN/ADN ( for international students ) is $225 which Crouse School for Nursing, Syracuse is offering. Uh..I was wondering if anybody has come across another one which charges less for international students..?
Helpppp...
$57 per unit - southest community college (based in lincoln, ne)

nursing program: http://www.southeast.edu/academics/program_assoc_nursing.asp
$64 per unit - metropolitan community college (based in omaha, ne)

nursing program: http://www.mccneb.edu/healthcareers/nursingassociatedegree.asp
it's helpful to know about these schools because the "financial ability" requirements would be lower, and with a nursing program, the student may be offered a green card through employment after graduation via the eb-2 schedule a process.

Agree with your decision to contemplate this decision further. If you were going to attend a prestigious American university like MIT for a degree in engineering where the payback would be worth the expense, and you could come up with the means to pay for it, I would say go for it. But most lower echelon American schools charge a lot of money, and there is never a guarantee that the education obtained will get you where you want in life. Good luck with whatever your decision is.
