WHAT A FABULOUS BOSS!!!!!
Just one thought - you may what to check with an HR expert. The 'value' of using the beach house could be considered as taxable income, especially if she is only offering it to people who work for her. There are certainly ways to get around this, but I would hate for you to get a 1099 form at the end of the year.

I am a nurse in Florida, work in an ICU, due to the hardship of trying to find enough nurses, my director told us nurses we could use her condo at the beach whenever she and her family are not using it. Then it's free for us nurses to use, of course we will have to sign up to use it to keep it organized schedule, but isn't that cool. Now thats appreciation.!!!!!!!
