Members are discussing various aspects of the CRNA program at LSU, including concerns about communication, waitlist status, financial aid, clinical rotations, and housing arrangements. Some members are seeking information about the program, while others are sharing their experiences with the admissions process and preparing for the start of the program in May. Additionally, there are discussions about filling out FAFSA forms, clinical site rotations, and the possibility of finding roommates to share rent.
Starting for updates as the deadline just passed!
Anyone else receive an interview link? I received one the last week of May, and my interview is mid June. Any advice on the interview questions?

a little far gone, but did anyone else who is on the waitlist only get really clinical questions in their interview? Everyone I have heard that got the EI/personality questions got accepted, but a good bit I know who got clinical did not. How do you choose between the two if the interviews are based on two completely different things?
I got waitlisted and only had EI/personality. I thought there was still hope but I see from the responses this isn't a good sign 😔.

Yeah, everyone I know has been waitlisted as well. Very interesting.
I only had EI questions in my interview, no clinical.
Also got waitlisted. But my interview was a good mix between personal/EI and clinical. And I also got told at the end that I had a wonderful interview and they loved all my answers. But here I am 2 years in a row hearing that and getting waitlisted. So IDK what gives. It's disappointing to say the least.

I have only had two communications from LSU since getting an acceptance call. One was the acceptance email a week after the call saying "you're in, congrats, pay up." And the second was last week and said "we got your money, show up for the first day of school in May." 🥴 I am soooo not in the "know" at all and I feel so bad for everyone that has been jerked around for months. I'm not exactly inspired by the way the program is being run judging by the *** of their admissions process. If there's a way to let them know that without jeopardizing my school career, I will, because it's not fair to anybody.
