Has anyone received either an acceptance or rejection letter from the Accelerated Nursing Degree Program at OLOL College - Tulane Campus for the Fall 2008 program?

I am not sure if Charity has an accelerated program, and I do not know anything about LSU. (anyone??) but OLOL has the Tulane, East Jeff and West Jeff programs. You need a BS first then the program is 9 mths long, very tough, but doable. At clinicals today my nurse was a graduate of last years Tulane program. If you search for OLOL info on here, all kinds of stuff will come up and answer every question you have about OLOL.

Also if you want the Pharm notes send me a private message (click on my name) and give me an email address.

Good Luck

Ok guys, so I guess I'm new to this blog...Name's gerald...just got my interview letter not that long ago...are you sure that there are 80 of them....hour long interviews starting at 8:30 ending at 11:30= 4 a day for 3 days a week for 5 weeks = 60 total interviews

Actually, gdupont, I found out that they have 86. I don't know how they are going to do it but that's what I was told.

Welcome gdupont, good luck with the interview. Just have plenty of confidence and hold your shoulders up. They are looking for people that are well, mature acting, so be that person.

Thanx, dsoginer and makeda8. Do you figure all 86 will show? If so, there's a 58 percent chance of getting in (statistically) thats fairly good odds. I guess ur in my class makeda8, when is your interview?

I had my interview yesterday.I think it went quite well.This forum really prepared me as much as I could be.I hope we both make it! I honestly don't think that all 86 will be able to be interviewed based on your math. But who knows what will happen.

I received an acceptance letter awhile ago.

Wow. If you already got accepted to Tulane's accelerated program, congratulations. If the acceptance letters have already gone out I guess I didn't make it. I thought we would be notified at the end of May.

Romana, keep your chin up, the letters went out sporatically last year. You may yet get an acceptance letter. Also there will be several people who have changed their minds or who applied to more than one school and will turn down this spot. Hang in there

For anyone else who was freaking out about people receiving letters already: I called the office and was told that they "haven't received a list yet." I think this means that the person who sends out the acceptance letters has not yet received a list of students who are accepted.

I'm In!!!!!! YAYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!! :bugeyes::yeah:

In. Time to get to work!:nurse:
