Come back with a good news

I suspect that means the system noticed you were not strong in doing SATA so it hammered you with them. Here's the thing: like all questions on the NCLEX, the SATA questions are below, at, or above passing standard. SATA questions aren't automatically "below standard" questions. So, you had 52 SATA questions. All that means (on its face) is that you got 52 SATA questions. That means you had 213 non-SATA questions. Taking all 265 questions means you likely were right on the bubble between pass and fail. You probably know the material decently well enough.

Hopefully you'll pass this time!

The pervasive myth is that having SATA questions indicates a higher level of questioning. This is a myth, not true. It is merely an alternative format type. Since every topic of every question can be formatted in any way, HOW the format occurs has no bearing on how you are doing.

Additionally, it is also a myth that the computer "knows" you are not good with SATA and therefore gives you more of them. Untrue, and this is verified by the NCSBN, the creators of the NCLEX itself. They ought to know! What DOES happen, in terms of getting a lot of any one kind of question, is the computer DOES "know" if you are weak in an area/domain that is being tested. You can be weak, say, in IC/IP and therefore see more of those kinds of questions. Since SATA is not a 'kind of question', you are not being judged on how well you do them. Same thing for drag/drop, mc, etc.

People pass with having one SATA question, they also fail with that. They pass with having a hundred SATA questions, and fail with the same. Irrelevant.

Good luck!
