Hi everyone...
May I know of someone of the same situation as mine? I am currenly applying for an endorsment of my license fro the State of Vermont to California. I am a Philippine graduate and just like all the others, I am asked for the clinical cases reords to check whether its concurrent or not. But the thing is my school and myself dno longer have cpies of my clinical cases... What did you guys do and how did it go? What were the results? Did it resuly to permanent rejection of the application? Hope not... Please tell me this could be supplemented by taking up the MS/OB courses here just like other concurrency deficiencies...
Replies would be greatly appreciated...

You probably are probably going to be out of luck without the required documentation. You have up to three years to submit them before they place your application with the "abandoned" pile. The clock starts from your letter dated with the request.
Without any documentation to be evaluated, it will make no sense to bother trying to satisfy the possible deficiencies (MS OB) as there have been many others who were found to be lacking in not only the two mentioned courses but also Psych, Peds, Chem, Anatomy just to mention a few.
Any CA schools that offers the deficient courses will also need to see your letter for verification as the schools are also so impacted they can't be adding people on the long waiting list if it's not going to help them by the re-takes.
While you certainly apply to be reconsidered under the appeals process, you must do so within the first year of the declination letter or you lose all your rights to appeal. If you do appeal, you need to come up with the better reason other than your school no longer keeps copies and you lost yours.
Due to previous applicants from the Phils submitting false paperwork, the CA BRN has been reviewing all transcripts with a microscope.
Say "thank you" to those previous greedy and selfish nurses and grads.
There have been others who have had the same situation as yours and posted here.
So far, none of them have came back to state they met with success and able to get the endorsement approved.
One was approved and actually started working in CA, only to shortly receive a CA BRN letter to return the license within 5 days or face legal action (probably was an error on the evaluator's part or the documents were in fact, not concurrent). This person never came back to say what happened.
does this means they will totally reject my application for endorsement if i cannot give them my copy of clinical cases from philippines? i am willing to take the MS or OB or whatever deficiency here though...

Hi yellow_cadels,
Any luck yet with your endorsement to California?
I am in the same situation as you also!
I have a NY license and been a nurse for 8 yrs in NY. I graduated in the Phils. in 2006 and trying to apply for a California license. And the only thing I need is my clinical cases in which I don't have a copy of and my school doesn't have it also! \
This is so frustrating!
