Los angeles pierce college Rn program for fall 2017

Has anyone applied ? I'm taking the teas exam this friday i am so nervous !

today i got an invitation to take it at pierce.

Congrats on getting accepted FBDMATH...Man I'm still have been checking my email daily but I have not heard anything yet.

I heard but I don't know if its true or not that LA Pierce hand selects the a few students and then the rest are put in a lottery. I

Hope to hear from Karla this week. Do you guys know if Pierce would notify us if we weren't selected into the program. I'm just let everyone here

getting anxiety having to wait due to me getting rejected from other colleges. Pierce is my last school out of 3 where I'm trying to hear from. Well Good luck to everyone I hope we can all get accepted to any nursing school.

Hello ! Has anyone else gotten an acceptance email from pierce? Im waiting and waiting for an email, hoping they havent sent them all out yet!

Good luck blk5flp, I heard the same i hope they contact all of us soon. Hey guys so I called today and Karla said they still working on sending the acceptance letters :/. She said by the end of this month everybody will know if they got accepted or not . Let's just wait.

This is the lottery result: 44 (Original lottery number)

Total number of students on lottery – 245.

This number is only good for the semester you applied. If not selected, you may reapply for the spring 2018 semester.

We will contact you when space becomes available.

Yeah. At this point if we didn't get a phone call from Karla we didn't get in. Karla will be emailing us individually on our lottery results. My friend just got her results and was number 63 so that means my lottery results will be a higher number and I literally don't stand a chance. I applied last semester and it was the same. Now I wait to hear from Glendale, La County and valley. The wait is killing me !! Good luck to everyone!

Really? it means it's really over? I thought it meant 43 people were ahead of me.

I want to call Karla but knowing so many people will probably be asking the same ?...I'm scared she'll snap at me xD

Yes. There are 42 people ahead of you. Since you are number 43. What that means or what understood when I spoke with Karla last time was that they already chose their 30 applicants. Now let's say they all decide not to attend then the applicants #1-30 on the lottery list would be next. if some of those chose not to go then they would continue to the next lottery numbers. Your number is way better than mine! I got my email this morning and I was #117!!! Maybe you can try calling her in the next week or two to make sure this info is correct. I'm sure they'll be a lot of other people asking her the same questions. Good luck to you!

I was told a different story by someone whose in the program.

Idk. I called Lima but she didn't pick up. I left a vm.
