To NY015: get a listing of all hospitals in the LA County area and give each nursing recruiter a call. Different hospitals have different programs set up and whether they have a new grad program or not.
To UserG: California is not the place to move to if you're looking for a job. Keep your current job wherever you live and continue to get experience. If you want to move badly, there are other states in need of nurses. Getting endorsed in CA is as easy as doing the research on the CA BRN website.

Hey everyone!
So i know I'm ahead of myself....I don't graduate from nursing school until May 2010, but all of these stats about new grads not getting jobs has motivated me to get a little prepared for what I might be facing. Here's my question to RN grads, both new and old job seekers: Where in LA are new grad programs offered? If anyone could help me out, I'd really appreciate it.
Thanks!
