  7. Hi i'm Michael, a nursing graduate and already a newbie registered nurse in the Philippines.. I came here in United States hoping for a better future, like some of the nurses do.. My question is that, do i have to become an LVN first before i take NCLEX or should I go straight becoming a nurse since im a foreign graduate.. I really don't have any idea about the process here in US.. and any info would mean a lot to me.. god bless fellow nurses..
  8. sometimes bcg vaccines or even vita k can be pushed through this site, but it can be very dangerous because if you hit a wrong vein or artery it could lead to paralisys.
  9. u have to prioritize first and reasses yourself before taking any actions
  10. Your job would be much easier if u would prefer using NANDA. because all that you need about making chart is right there. you just have to know what to prioritize when making a diagnosis. hope this helps
  11. My opinion regarding this situation is that you should make a conversation with the patient’s family together with the doctor. Discuss all the facts that could happen when a certain procedure is done or not done. Then come up with the result that best helps the patient’s condition. - Michael
