Which internet job boards do you think are the most popular for nurses looking for a position.

Also, if I have missed a site you think is a good one please share it with the rest of us.

Frankly I have not gotten useful feedback from either the Nurseweek or Monster sites, and haven't bothered with any of the others.

Admittedly, I haven't looked at monster.com in a cuple of years, but when I was doing some heavy recruiting 2 years ago, I looked at at least 35 different job websites and felt that monster was too generalized a site to be a good medical/nursing recruitment site.

Although it's also a general jobsite, hotjobs has a LOT of listings and I always get a good applicant response from the positions I've posted there.

Huh. I could've sworn that Medscape had job postings, but I just went to look and they don't seem to.
