Looking for a RN-New Grad Job in Florida

Hi guys

I graduated from Nursing School back in September. I passed my NCLEX, and I have been working as a Home Health Nurse since then. Getting a job at the hospital has been challenging because many hospitals are not looking to hire new grads. Do you have any idea about which hospital is hiring new grads at the moment? I have applied in the Miami, Tampa, Orlando area. I haven't had any luck yet. Any advices? Thank you. I hope you all have a good day!

I would look between Miami and Orlando, such as Ft. Lauderdale and Palm Beach etc , I know the hospital in Delray was hiring new grads in the last year but I'm not sure about the moment. If you don't care where in FL you live, try searching all of florida in a search engine with new grad being the key words if you haven't already :)

Thank you both for replying. I am going to try in Ft Lauderdale, and West Palm beach and hope for the best. Delrey's program I saw it early this week, and I just applied. I'm hoping to hear back from them. :)
