Hi guys I graduated from Nursing School back in September. I passed my NCLEX, and I have been working as a Home Health Nurse since then. Getting a job at the hospital has been challenging because many hospitals are not looking to hire new grads. Do you have any idea about which hospital is hiring new grads at the moment? I have applied in the Miami, Tampa, Orlando area. I haven't had any luck yet. Any advices? Thank you. I hope you all have a good day!
