Looking for a great workout!

Published

I have been looking at workout routines, but am not a fan of gyms or weights. I do like the energy I get by working out and staying busy, but need motivation.

I have known people who do Tae Bo, and they say they like it, but I think that requires much self motivation.

I am not overweight, but do feel out of shape. In addition to school and working as an aide, I also am a firefighter, in which I need to be fit and trim. Any help from you guys would be great!

Thanks...

If you want to try something a little bit different but a lot of fun you could go out and buy a Nintendo Wii :wink2:

It might sound silly at first but it keeps you moving and it can get your heart rate up. The system comes included with a Sports disc that has various games like tennis, boxing, baseball, golf, and bowling. They even have a workout version of the games where they keep you moving to get your heart rate up.

I played the boxing game on there a couple times and it really felt like a good work out. I'd definitely recommend it if you were looking for something different.

Pilates Is A Great Choice. Also The Investment Of An Eliptical Machine Was One Of My Best Choices.
