I have a dilemma. I have been a nurse for 8 years. I left the 1st place i ever worked as a rn in feb of this year ro pursue another opportunity. I was at the new place only a few months when i realized the job wasnt for me. I have been at my current job for just over 2 months and im beginning to think i need to move on again. All of my jobs thus far have been bedside care except for 1 job. I think my next move is something other than bedside. How long to stay before i start looking for another job?

iMovie, it doesn't matter. The company is not loyal to the employee, so there shouldn't be expectation of the opposite as long as you have an "interview reason"

You may already be categorized as a job -hopper. Do you want to explain in an interview, why you quit 3 jobs in one year? A future employer thinks you may drop them, just as quickly. Stay put for a year, use that time to find a job you can stick with.
