Hey all,
I haven't seen a forum for the LBCC Fall 2022 ADN cohort yet, so I decided to create one!
I already got accepted to three nursing programs before Long Beach City College gave out a rejection letter to me. But it surprises me that they need to sent out another email to justify the rejection which I get but it came out rather unprofessional of them. I think you will have better luck applying somewhere else. I apply first time for nursing schools this year and Saddleback’s nursing program got back to me the fastest. I rejected Pacific college’s offer (since it’s a private and their tuition is too expensive for me) and Santa Ana accepted me but to I hadn’t declined their invitation since I took Saddleback’s offer first. But I would encourage everyone to keep trying and you’ll get in somewhere. But I agree LBCC nursing program is not for me then.
Best of luck to all.

I honestly don't know what they specifically focus on. I think they do lottery throughout the whole process as long as all requirements are met.
