Wow, that was quick! Here is the response I received from Suann Hereford at Kingwood...

"I don't know for sure when you will receive your letter but the staff members have been working on them for the last few days. I know waiting is hard..."

So, nothing really new. Sorry, I was hoping for more information.

Just checked the mail... I got a very paper thin envelope from lone star college :( I almost started crying (assuming thin mail=not accepted) and opened it to find it was from the library and I owe a book....can anyone say HEART ATTACK!!!

My heart just sank to my stomach for you!!!

Well yall, my mail does not get here until about 6pm and at that time I have to take my son to the gym for pratice, I might have the longest wait of all even if it does not arrive until tomorrow. Our mail comes so late!!!

How far does everyone live from Lone Star Cy Fair??? I live off of Fry and West Little York. I'm just trying to guesstimate on an ETA.

I did not receive a letter from the nursing department, but I did receive a check for my textbook expenses. I submitted the receipts a while back and requested a refund for them since I could not use my financial aid online. I got a check today and who knows what it will be in the envelope from LoneStar tomorrow.....:dzed:

I live in Cinco Ranch in Katy...Westheimer pkwy and 99 and I sometimes get stuff from Dallas 1 day after it is post marked but then I have also had stuff mailed from Cinco and it takes 3 days......never know. :uhoh3: I seem to be using this smiley A LOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
