lonestar nursing 2014 hopeful

Published

Hi, just wanted to start a post about my process of applying at lonestar. Hope to hear from other applicants! I have just taken my HESI and will be applying for the spring semester with a score of 11.54

Hi everyone! I am applying to Kingwood with a 11.2268. Good luck to everyone! I'm not so sure my score will be high enough, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed! Does anyone know how many they accept? I thought I've read 40, but I may be getting that confused with another school, as I have looked into many.

I have heard 40 also. So anxious for acceptance letters!!!

Does anyone know how many Cy-fair accepts?

How many applications do you receive for the nursing program? We receive 100+ applications for 50 available spots for the Basic Track program. The LVN/Paramedic to RN Bridge/Transition Track accepts 10 students and receives ~50 applications.

This is what I seen on Cy-fair's FAQ area.

I just found out the application deadline has been extended up until the 16th. This could mean that there were't enough applicants!

Really? Is that on the website?

For those that wanted to know.........

Hello everyone! My name is Angela, and I have used this site before for when I was testing, but now I have finally become a member and decided to post! :)

I am applying to Lonestar cyfair (1st choice) with an application score of 11.81! Yay!

I was just now gathering all my documents to go turn everything in, and noticed on our FERPA form- it has to be NOTARIZED? Is this true?, or can i just sign and turn it in? Does anybody know where are the easiest places to find a notary?

Yes it has to be notarized. Notaries are typically available at your bank.

Lone Star cyfair has a notary in the CASA building! You're welcome! :woot:

Just got my Ferpa notarized! :singing:
