I really think things are in a tizzy because the program changed this year. Montgomery's orientation went over the DO, and a lady from Elsevier came and pitched ebooks to us (which I am fully behind--I don't want to carry a hundred pounds' worth of textbooks all the time! ) and said she'll get back to us about book packages. We got the list of books we'll need, a tentative schedule for the first three weeks of class, and an assignment to read one of our books regarding the role of a nurse, because we'll be tested on it in the first few weeks. Then we did a drug test.

I'm still finishing up my CertifiedProfile requirements, and I'm waiting for more info regarding our books.

Here's to hoping I'll have a peaceful summer before the real craziness begins!

I'm at montgomery... All they did was give a book list, go over uniforms, go over a tentative schedule, told us what classes to register for.... As far as books for montgomery... The bookstore said that we have to pre order them if you want the book pack. The lab duffel is available and it is 150.00

Thank you guys for sharing the orientation info; I really wish we had ours, so we could at least know the books we will need ahead of time!!! I've just received my blue card today. I am down to only two things now wooohooo!!!! The flu shot and the hepB titers. Guys remember to get the hep B titers along with the series of shots. I really hope they will send us an-mail about our schedule and books sooooonnnn!!!! fingers crossed:yes:

Are we supposed to register for our own classes? I thought they were going to do that for us? I am anxious to know about books and uniforms í ½í¸
