Lonestar 2015 fall hopefuls

Does anyone know how many students they accept and how many students apply?

I know that North Harris accepts the most students which I think is about 100. Cyfair is one of the harder campuses to get into and they accept about 20-40 I think.

7.3 Nursing director said that it should get me in but with the new point system it is tough to tell what is a good score. There will probably be a lot of tie breakers. What score did you get?

Right now I have a 6.8 but I'm going to re take the Hesi to try to get a higher score.

Gonna apply, but dreading retaking the HESI since I did so well the first time. I took it at a different school twice so I wanted to use my combined best scores but lone star doesn't accept it and is making me retake the whole thing. I'm bummed but gonna try to retake it soon and do well.

Hi, all!

Does anyone already have a degree and will be applying for the Fall 2015? I already have a BS and I have already had all my coursed evaluated. Now I'm having issues with Lonestar posting my GPA so I can apply. I wanted to know if anyone else has had any similar issues.

Has anyone else found another forum with more people applying for this year? I find that all the previous years had a big turn out on these pages but I can't find anything for fall 2015.

I was wondering the same thing. I have looked around as well and haven't found anything. All the other application times have MUCH bigger turnout on allnurses. Maybe it will pickup as the application deadline gets closer.

theres not that much time left to apply though! Hoping it's in my favor and I get accepted into montgomery!

I called montgomery today and asked them what happens if I apply for all 3 and montgomery was my first choice but I got accepted into north harris if i could be an alternate for montgomery and she said once you get accepted she doesn't think you can be an alternate to another campus, anyone know anything about this?
