Hey I was wondering if anyone else has started a post on Fall 2017 Lone Star ADN Hopefuls... & If not then let's get this one going!

Good luck tomorrow!! I'm taking mine in March!! Please give me a follow up of the test if you can! I'm studying my butt off but their is so much info!!

Hello everyone,

i am planning to apply next spring 2018 for north Harris program.

i am taking ENGL 1301 and BIOL 2401 this summer.I already took hesi last week and I got a 90 in total and 890 in critical thinking,I did not really study,maybe I will retake it again if I am in the mood.

my question and concern is about the courses I am taking this summer.Are they hard ? Is an A easy with hard work and studying ?

English should be an easy A if you put effort Biol will be difficult but just study hard and you'll do fine. How was the A&P portion of the Hesi? That's what I'm most worried about!!! :((

I got an 92 in that part.Mostly it is from the study guide.However,the questions that were not covered I have seen them on the prep pocket app,it cost $14 but it's worth it.

I'm officially turn in my application this week and so here are my scores

Overall Hesi 90

CT 910

Eng & AP 4 points

Total points 7.616

Looks like my chances are good but Lonestar ADN is my 5th choice. I have applied to

UTH - summer & fall

TWU-fall

UTMB - fall

A&M e-line- Fall

I'm hoping to get in at UTH or TWU (I already have a Bachelors) but it is very competitive. If I don't get into any of the above then

I'm hoping to get into the the lonestar program and it will definitely be a dream come true. Good luck everyone!

Is criticlal thinking part of the ranking ?mi thought we just need a pass since it not included in the 4 points for hesi

If I have already submitted my application & i retake my Hesi, will my new score be counted? Or does the score I submitted with my application stay?

I talked to my friend ,she told me I just need to get a pass "750" on CT,the HESI points for ranking are based on the other five elements"math,grammar,vocab,AP,reading".But,CT is still mandatory for applying.

i am confused now.
