Lone Star Fall 2012 ADN Applicants

I applied to Lone Star - ADN program Spring 2012. I was accepted as an alternate. I am hoping to get a call from the nursing department saying there is a spot for me. If not I will be reapplying for the next application period for entrance to the program in the Fall 2012. Good luck everyone!!!!

@Candie116 I looked at the savaheart and it showed I house in a neighborhood. That is fine but I have called a few times and got no response. I got into Tomball :)

Finished my history 1302 final, 100 questions in 18 minutes. Is it cheating when the instructor gives you review questions and the answer key, then your final has the same exact questions just in a different order. How could someone not make a 100 on the final? i kind of feel like it was cheating. it does not feel ethically correct.

@Ckfomby it's probably far from you then and I'm not sure if there's something closer or what have you. I just looked and there's two classes coming up this month: 14th and 21st. You'll get it done in time don't worry! Good luck!

Hahha aww that's cute that you feel unethical about that. :p At this point I wish that was my history 1302 situation. Our classes has been through 3 professors all with different teaching and testing styles and it's been a mess.

Has anyone from Tomball created a Facebook page? I don't use Facebook much these days but it would be a great way to be able to be able to contact each other.

I want to say there are only three of us on here that are going to be in the Tomball program. I was going to try collecting contact info at orientation, which is only 24 days away! Time is going to fly by. Just to make sure I am taking a class during the mini mester to keep my mind busy.

I got my TB test, tdap, and varicella all the same day. I don't know where you live but I did CPR at learn it now on Lakewood Forest dr & grant rd. it was $45 and it was a stress free class! Learnitnowcpr.com is the website

Has anyone researched Stethescopes and/or shoes?! I am conflicted on what to do and I don't have the money to buy the wrong thing.
