Hey everyone I was starting a thread for all the fall 16 hopefuls for all the campus's at lonestar!
I take my hesi feb 18 and nervous doesn't even begin to describe my feelings!!!! Lol, I think I'll be okay on the math portion, it's the grammar and a&p that are causing my sleepless nights!!! Predicates, me or I, prepositional adjectives? Whaaat?? Lol and then a&p because there's soooo much and you have noooo clue what to focus on. I'm a bundle of nerves to say the very least lol

My first choice is going to be kingwood, then maybe cyfair or north harris, I haven't decided yet, I want to get this test out of the way first!!
And can ya'll believe hcc closed their program down this year..... I was upset about that that was my first pick!
I do believe more emails will be sent out first thing in the morning. I have yet to see anyone post about Montgomery campus. Also, they give us the option to accept, decline, or ask to be waitlisted if you decide you want to wait and see if you can get into your first choice. So with that being said there is still hope! Our letter also says it conditional pending background, immunizations, and so forth. Hope this helps to lift anyones spirits :) P.S. Just curious, has anyone started a fb page for NH?
I got into a NH with 7.0. Which Is pretty low compared to some. Thanks for all of your support guys. You made the wait easier for me. I feel like we are all family now. I can't wait to start!

I applied to NH as my second choice, Montgomery being my first. Have a 7.776 and haven't heard anything yet... No email or anything. What gives? Do they only send one acceptance letter, meaning others didn't get accepted into Montgomery so they got a NH acceptance letter? That would explain why I haven't received one yet since I probably got into Montgomery. Surely they wouldn't have rejected my application for some other reason because it couldn't have been because of my score. Not to sound arrogant or anything it's just one of the highest I've seen and it's hard to beat all A's and a 94.4 on HESI... I don't understand why I haven't gotten one yet and we really don't need this stress during finals!!
Well if you haven't heard back and your first choice is Montgomery.. Then you're definitely in. They haven't sent out their emails out as far as this thread goes.. So I wouldn't worry!
What are the odds of them having made some horrible mistake, like not submitting my application/forgetting to ask me to include something then automatically rejecting me? My brain is honestly not being very rational right now and it's hard to not assume the worst ((
You'll probably get in. In fact you probably are in. I got a 7.792/8 with a 94.8 on the HESI and haven't heard anything. Montgomery was my first choice as well, with NH as my secondary. NH sent their letters out already and I didn't hear anything. Another girl went up to Montgomery to ask what was going on, she said they moved the notification deadline to the 13th of May. So far, it doesn't seem to far-fetched.
