Hey there!
I wanted to start this page for anyone who is applying for the Spring 2018 Lone Star ADN or LVN program! I've seen previous posts, from previous years, and everyone was really helpful and encouraging to one another.
I am taking A&P 1 over the summer (starts 7/13) and then I will be submitting my application!! Im so nervous. I already took the HESI and got a score on 90.8%, which gives me and 3.6 on the point scale. I have an A in Eng 1301 and hope to get an A in A&P this summer.
In the fall I am taking A&P2 along with Micro (ugh). So if anyone else is in the same boat, let me know!!!
Anyway, I look forward to hearing from everyone
You are so welcome. I wanted a higher score so bad. I took the Hesi three times. I did great in everything but Critical Thinking. My score was 675. I was so angry at the fact that I would have to wait even longer to get in the program. During that waiting period I took a couple of courses to keep me focused and time flew right on by. Keep your head up young lady. You got this.
Which campus did you apply to West?
Is the thread still going? Im applying for the Kingwood Spring 2018. The application is due this week. I am nervous since the recent flooding Kingwood has been closed and I just hope it is ready when Spring arrives.I have a 7.4 out of 8. It's not bad but, it not great either.
No, that's a great score! Anything over 7 points is competitive. Good luck :)
Hello guys I am trying to apply now. Hopefully I will be able to get in. FutureRNMelanie I understand your pain and we have all been there. Don't give up.Im going to apply tomorrow but I don't have the shot records.
