I wanted to start this page for anyone who is applying for the Spring 2018 Lone Star ADN or LVN program! I've seen previous posts, from previous years, and everyone was really helpful and encouraging to one another.
I am taking A&P 1 over the summer (starts 7/13) and then I will be submitting my application!! Im so nervous. I already took the HESI and got a score on 90.8%, which gives me and 3.6 on the point scale. I have an A in Eng 1301 and hope to get an A in A&P this summer.
In the fall I am taking A&P2 along with Micro (ugh). So if anyone else is in the same boat, let me know!!!
I just turned mine in and received an email about my application being submitted and to await for further emails automatically. Both from my ADN and LVN app.

I have received nothing.
the first time i submitted, nothing.
i received an email from Hagele saying my FERPA form was outdated.
So i revised and uploaded correct one. and hit submit again.
I have a question please. Has anyone done the Background Check(BON)? Or we have to wait after getting admitted that's when we can do it. Please can you share where to go to get it done if you have done it before. Thanks

You should receive an email confirmation saying thank you for submitting your application. And to check your student email for any and all correspondence related to the nursing program. Also check your spam folder. Hope this helps :)
Yes I have checked the correct email including the junk folder obsessively. This is my second time applying. Last semester, I received a confirmation within a week after applying, but this semester I never received anything. Thanks for the reply! :)
Yayy I applied today for Adn and Lvn! My score is not great,since I got a B in AP but I am hopeful . My Overall hesi score is 88%. For now I am focusing on getting an A in Pharmacology.
I'm nervous. I didn't retake my Hesi because I didn't want to fail or get a lower score. I have high hesi scores already but the B in AP is killing me.

I have the same problem B in A&P as well, hopefully we get in!!!í ½í±í ¼í¿¾

I literally received 2 blank emails when I applied back in July. That's it.
