I wanted to start this page for anyone who is applying for the Spring 2018 Lone Star ADN or LVN program! I've seen previous posts, from previous years, and everyone was really helpful and encouraging to one another.
I am taking A&P 1 over the summer (starts 7/13) and then I will be submitting my application!! Im so nervous. I already took the HESI and got a score on 90.8%, which gives me and 3.6 on the point scale. I have an A in Eng 1301 and hope to get an A in A&P this summer.
In the fall I am taking A&P2 along with Micro (ugh). So if anyone else is in the same boat, let me know!!!
No hard copies are turned in. They just take your documents, make copies, upload them to attach to the online application and you take your documents back with you. Yes, the Hep B/boosters are fine, but you'll need documentation AND I had to take in my negative titers to show that I have indeed had them done. Plus proof of first booster, which shows you're in the process of redoing the series. I'm on my 2nd round of Hep B, after this I'm required to get titers again which will finally show immunity or like medic said, you'll be a non responder if it comes back negative again. Hope that helps!

LizFrank are u applying for kingwood?? so u just apply online no need to go to campus??
Yes, I applied for Kingwood. As far as I know you just need to apply online. I actually made an appointment with my advisor to help me complete the application process, plus, I wanted to make sure all of my paperwork was in order.

As far as 100% online, I think so! Yes, me, too! I guess that's the fun of applying early-ish, lol! 2.5 weeks until deadline!!
No, I meant the online application. If it was correctly turned in. I know I turned in my shot records instead of my titer and will have to correct it.
My friend just got his Hep B shot instead of a titer so he cannot apply for this time around. He thought he had turned in the correct paperwork until he went to go ask.

I just finished Engl 1301 and I got an A
in addition to an A in biol 2401 and a 90 in HESI.so my total is 7.6
i applied yesterday to cyfair and I received no-reply email with no subject or content
did that happen to any of you guys ?
