2017 Lone Star ADN Hopefuls

Hi there!!!! So I have been reading the "Hopefuls" forums from previous years and decided that it is time to start our own. I believe that this is a great way to support each other and compare our HESI scores. So here we come, all of the Lone Star students who are planning on applying for the ADN program please share your scores. I am applying to Kingwood for the spring semester 2017. My HESI score is 7.45 and I am a little bit worried that this could be not enough. :sorry: :down:

I went to montgomery today to asked why I have not get the email with my score 7.68.

They said they lost my application and the best they can offer is to put me to an alternative list to other campuses. *****!!!!!!!!!!!!

THEY LOST MY APPLICATION but I have to aceept the result. They said the spots in Montgomery campus aree filled up and nothing they can do.

Hmmmmmm what should I do next?

this is really sad to read . Are you serious? Can you reach out to the Dean or somebody else? This is so unfair your score is too high to have this.

Please dont give up and try to reach to somebody else.

That sounds like a nightmare come to life :( I'm so sorry. That's so unfair!! Gee2017 is right, you should reach out to someone higher because it's THEIR fault they lost your application, not yours!! We have the exact same score and I got accepted to my first choice.

One think is clear , they really expect you to accept their decision. Believe me if you try to reach out and express the total unfairness of this you will be surprise what can come out of this. Honestly that is why I dont fax thinks to that college. Today I just went there and drop my letter of intent. I dont want to fax something and then in few weeks I hear that they didn't receive it. Don't loose hope.

Did they send you a receipt of application via email?

Montgomery doesn't automatically send email receipts, she would have had to physically email them asking to get a confirmation. Maybe they should to fix issues happening like this.

First choice is cy-fair 7.01.

I got my Alternate letter Monday (4-17).

@addiesmomma181 no but for Cyfair we have until the 24 to submit our intent to enroll form. Then I am sure the school send the roster to Texas Board of nursing

So I am an alternate and my letter says orientation is May 17th at NH.. does anyone know if that's just orientation for alternates or for everyone?? Also does anyone know what dates orientation are for cyfair and tomball?

Tomball orientation is May 5th
