Hi there everyone,

I am curious to know if anyone has information on Lompoc Valley Medical Center's new grad program, or about the hospital in general. Most of the things I see at from years past, and the general consensus is that's it's a small hospital in a small town, but I'm curious about the work environment in general, if it is enjoyable, what the penalty is for breaking the 2 year new grad contract, etc. I would be migrating from the bay area for those two required years with an idea to come back to the bay after getting experience, but I really want to know if it's worth it.
