Hello Fellow New Grads!

Just wanted to start a post for LLUCH's RN Residency starting march 2014. What unit did everyone apply? Good luck everyone!

Kennedy's mommy I interviewed today too. Thought it went okay but I've never interviewed before so don't have anything to compare it to. Do you know when we will find out? Everyone seemed super nice it would be awesome to work there.

They r interviewing 10 more people on the 7th and then they said a week after that. So we have a nice two week wait. I'm going to go crazy. Lol

Ya 2 weeks is a long time. I'm hoping we find out sooner. We shall see. Good luck to u! They told me they wish they could hire all of us! Me too lol wouldn't that be soo much easier on everyone :)

Exactly....or like last cohort they hired 16 (which I think was everyone they interviewed) argh. Good luck to you too AliAshley

At least most of u have interviewed mine is jan 7 and I'm so stressed out!!! I wish they could take us all ....last cohort they didn't take any for nicu and the cohort before that they took 2!!! So 6 is looking good!!! I hope we get this!!

Chownykeyrn13 trust me I would much rather be in your shoes lol. I'm just repeating in my head how I could have done better. At least after ur interview u will know most likely right away. The waiting is killing me. Good luck on ur interview :)

LOL!!! AliAshley I've been doing the same exact thing. Some of my responses I do t even think answered the question. It was a blur and the waiting is absolutely killing me.

The Nurse I interviewed with told me one week after the last interviews on the 7th.

Ya the women from human resources said 2 weeks. But I'm hoping it will be sooner than that.

I interview Tuesday a dam so anxious and trying to prepare... Did they do any testing ( dosage) or was it just question and answer???

No there wasn't a test. They are all pretty much behavioral questions. So just be prepared with lots of stories. Good luck :)
