Starting a thread for anyone who recently applied for the LLU New Grad Residency- Adults that opened on Oct. 27!

Has obs 8200/8300 reached out to anyone for an interview yet?

So I contacted the recruiter directly and she said that the additional application that we see on our profiles showing [Interview Phase] is used for their hiring managers from a specific unit to review our applications. So that [Interview Phase] doesn't guarantee an interview. Even though they have until December 26th, 2025, to review applications, video submissions, conduct interviews, and make their final selections...I highly doubt they will be conducting interviews the week of Christmas.

Yeah, I saw that in the initial email. I made peace with the fact that they won't be interviewing me 🥲 if they haven't by now they won't be doing it, like you said, I also doubt they will be interviewing next week.

Yeah, I understand that the email said that interviews are not guaranteed...but it just seems a little misleading on their end to update our application status to [Interview Phase] LOL def got my hopes up but oh well
