I interviewed for the same unit and I felt the same way! Some of the questions threw me off 😭 Do you know how many people they are looking to hire for the unit?

No, I was way too nervous to ask 😞
Do you mind if I ask what day and time your interview was scheduled?

Hi! What questions did they ask for the OR? Was it hard?

Hi sorry for the delayed reply, there were a lot of how would you handle blank situation questions, what do you understand is the role of the OR nurse, interactions with coworkers questions.

I guess we had different panelist? I think I was only asked one behavioral question alongside others. hoping for the best for both of us 🙏

Has anyone heard back from 6 floor Oncology/Transplant yet? Says I'm in interview phase but haven't gotten a call or email yet.

Specializes in ELMSN.

I haven't heard anything yet either I'm literally so impatient

Has the Neuro PCU started sending out interview invitations?

hi!

question for anyone who got sent to a unit OTHER THAN the observation (8200/8300) unit. when you click on the job posting that says interview phase, what hours/schedule does it show? mine for 8200/8300 shows 8/40, and I'm wondering if that means the unit uses 8 hour shifts, or if that is just orientation, all floors show that, etc.

thank you!!
