I really believe that it's a technical error on their end. Most managers are reaching out via email or text so logging in won't really tell us if we get an interview or not

Hi everyone,

Has anyone been contacted yet for the 8100 Observation Unit (or any unit), whether it's for an interview, update, or decision?

I know many of us are struggling to find a job right now and are really hoping to get hired soon. The waiting can be exhausting, and the anxiety and fear of rejection can be overwhelming.

I thought it might help if we could support each other here, share updates, and stay connected. Even small updates can make the waiting feel a little lighter, knowing we're not alone in this.

Honestly, I think I messed up more than I wanted to 😭
There were behavioral and some clinical questions, and I was so nervous that I feel like some of my answers didn't make much sense.

I interviewed for the same unit and I felt the same way! Some of the questions threw me off 😭 Do you know how many people they are looking to hire for the unit?
