Hi! I work at LLUMC. How many years of experience do you have? I started there in 2011 and I had 5 years experience then. The pay I started with is the 30's range. Mid 30's. the interview process is about 1.5 to 2 hours long. You will be interviewed by 3 different people and each session last about half-an-hour long. The questions are more scenario base. Example, tell me a time when xyz happened and how did you resolve it and what was the outcome. Be creative with your answers but use real life experiences. Don't be nervous because it is not a scary process. The interview is not clinical base but since you have clinical experience, use that to your advantage. Great hospital and good people to work with. What department are you applying for? Just answer by given the unit number. Best Wishes andbI hope you get the job.
Thanks for your reply, almost 4 years of experience. Coming from TX the department 8something...crossing fingers.
