I know they are reviewing apps until the 30th but if I haven't received a rejection email yet and my app still says under consideration, does that mean I should have some hope?

I don't think anyone has gotten contacted. If your application was forwarded to the unit you chose that is a good sign!

Do you mind sharing the last four digits for the number?! I got a call around that time too but no one left a voicemail. The call said it's from San Bernardino so I was wondering if it was them!
