It adds an extra slot for the unit you chose on top of the new grad residency application you submitted.

my status hasn't changed from new grad residency- under consideration. Does this mean that I will not move forward to get an interview?

I applied last cohort, they are looking at everyone's apps so it can take a few more days. If you didn't get picked you'll receive that email and it will up date in your portal

I did not, but my application was moved up to maternity services! I didn't have my license when I applied so hopefully this time I'll get a better chance😊
