Transplant! Have you done the video interview yet?

Hello, my first choice was oncology and I also received an email for video screening. Has anyone done it yet? I read on the Summer 2024 forum that the question was why loma linda? Does anybody know if it's the same/similar?

just applied last Friday! does anyone have a timeline for when they will do interviews and send out offers?

They said they'd be doing interviews from August 26- September 20 then they'll start the hiring phase September 23- October 25

Any idea how many applicants they accept? Saw the Kaiser Ontario residency only took like 3 so I wondered if it was any different here.  Also, any idea if there is a contract to work there a specific amount of years if accepted into the program? Thought I saw something about that. Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure how many applicants, but I believe the contract is 3 years? I want to say it's not a written contract, more so a verbal one and If you leave prior, you essentially get "blackmailed" from the hospital 😅
