Locked out of BreEZe Calif RN renewal system

Briefly...Im trying to renew my calif RN license. Using this never before done Ebreeze online way. I am locked out. Long story short I registered. Got my user ID . When i got in my email to get my temp password their was no PW. I got back on the site tried putting in a password I chose and it locked me out. It says after 6 tries your locked out. Its 8/25/18. My license expires 8/31/18...And i only waited till the last minute because Im registry barely getting any work (its summer) and had to borrow this money .I also just got fingerprinted yesterday. I faxed that to BRN . I hope they dont want the results for that as it takes up to 3 months for the FBI to read them . Ive read to contact the Board regarding anything is next to impossible. They dont answer the phone. They dont answer emails. Nurses have to drive there and sit all day for a live person to help them . Its about 420 mile drive from where I live. I never wait till the last minute like this but I literally am flat broke and 190.00 fee plus a 70.00 fingerprint fee was not easy to borrow from anyone... if anyone knows any of these 2 answers ( locked out of ebreeze system) how do I get in and register? and do they need the fingerprints read ( results) to give you your renewed license. please let me know. Im desperate .

I believe if you have the fingerprint scan completed and sent that is good and they would process the renewal. I would just try to call BRN and either get tech support to reset your account or try to talk to someone about the situation, good luck!
